Plus, it's less than 30 minutes from the international airport, allowing travelers and study abroad students easy travel throughout México and the rest of the world. Located within a 15-minute walk of all the important sites of interest, our Guanajuato study abroad students will enjoy a school located a stone's throw from the city center.
Our academic center is housed in a traditional Mexican-style building, where you will enjoy such facilities as: a central patio, 16 classrooms, a common room, a reception area, a multimedia room and more!

Families
Staying with a host family in Guanajuato and participating in their day-to-day life is the best way to learn the language and discover Mexico's culture. You can stay in a single or double room. Meal plan options are: breakfast only, half-board and full-board.
Shared Apartments
A shared apartment is also a popular choice for our study abroad students. You will live alongside other international students in a pleasant, multi-cultural and stimulating atmosphere. The apartments are not luxurious, but they are fully furnished and have kitchens complete with anything you may need to prepare your meals as there is no meal plan available with this option. You can select between a single, double or double room for single use. Triple rooms are available upon request for students traveling together.
At our Spanish school in Guanajuato, we offer our study abroad participants a plethora of weekly activities such as Mexican cooking classes, salsa lessons, movie projections and café socials at the school.
On the weekends, students can sign up for excursions to nearby colonial cities like San Miguel de Allende, Dolores Hidalgo and Guadalajara, the second largest city in Mexico.
