This ancient university city is located in Germany's sunny southeast region. The saying goes that Tübingen doesn't have a university - it is a university. About 25,000 of the city's 87,000 inhabitants are students.
Tübingen is over 900 years old and full of historic symbols: the old town center, the Hohentübingen Castle and the Hölderlin Tower along the Neckar River. Names like Georg Hegel, Friedrich Shelling, Johannes Kepler and Ernst Bloch are all inextricably linked to this destination.
The city's small alleys and quaint corners make for an intimate environment where you will immediately feel at home.

The building's style blends with historic Tübingen, but the inside holds modern facilities, spacious, comfortable classrooms, a common room for students, a language laboratory and a computer room. It's located at just a short walk from the city center.

Families
You will live in an individual room with the option of half board Monday to Friday and full board on weekends, or full board every day of the week. The families are located 15 to 30 minutes from the center by public transportation.
Shared apartments
Stay in shared apartments with other intenational students with the possibility of having a single room with a private or shared bathroom.
The school organizes a varied and interesting cultural program to fill up your free time. Tübingen, its surroundings and the entire southern region of Germany offer many lovely, interesting activities to complement your German course.
Workshops are regularly planned, as well as half and full day excursions, organized sports and cultural activites all conceived to help you improve your language skills.
The weekly activities may include concerts, exhibits or going to the theater, while weekend activities may be trips to places like Lake Constance, the Black Forest or Heidelberg.
