The capital of the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera) is known for its gentle climate. It is a modern town with a los tof activity, ideal for beach lovers and open-air activities. It is the fifth most inhabited city of France and the second most visited. Its old quarter stands out from the rest of the city, as well as its kilometers of beaches. Monaco and Cannes are only 30 minutes away by train.

Course Dates & Duration

The students can start the course any Sunday between June 23 and August 24 (the date varies depending on the camp of choice).

Arrivals are on Sundays and the departures are on Saturday.

Academic center

The program has 3 different campuses, all of which are located in the city center. Recognized by different international organizations, it is the biggest French school for foreign students in the city of Nice.

According to the student's preference, he will be ablo to choose btween being next to the beach or in the city center. In any case, students will enjoy large academic and accommodation facilities.

Those students who stay with host families will receive their language classes at the "Parc Imperial" campus.

Classes

On the first day students will take an obligatory level test to determine each student's level of French. The program inlcudes 20 or 26 lessons per week of French. Students will receive classes from native, licensed teachers in groups of a maximum of 15 students. Each lesson is equivalent to 45 minutes of class.

Accommodation

Students will will stay with a host family or in the campus itself with full board. The students staying with families will share a double room with another international student, while the students who stay in the campus -depending on which- will have single rooms (Jean Médecin), double rooms (Estienne d´Orves) and triple or quadruple rooms (Parc imperial).

Activities, Sports and excursions

The program includes a complete program of cultural and athletic activities: theatre workshops, video workshops, graffitti workshop, movie nights, show nights, hip hop courses, martial arts courses, vollyball, football, basketball, table tennis or skating.

The students will also enjoy a one full-day excursion and one half-day excursion. The full-day excursion takes place on Saturdays.

The school offers a free "Shuttle Bus" service which communicates all campuses between each other, and with the beaches.

Counselors & Information

Students will have constant supervision and assistance provided by local counselors.

Transfers

Students will be picked up by school personnel at Nice airport. Personnel will also accompany students on the day of return.
