The program takes place on the campus of the University College of Dublin, one of the city's most prestigious universities. It's located just 4 kilometers from the city center.
It is Ireland's largest university, which has converted it into a university village where students have spacious classrooms, a comfortable and modern residence, dining halls, sports complexes and ample green spaces.
The English course takes place from Monday to Friday with a total of 15 hours per week. Learning groups are divided according to language levels, which are determined on the first day of class by way of a language test. The professors are are qualified in teaching English as a second language.
The students will stay in Glenomena Residence, one of the newly constructed residence halls, where various buildings share a pedestrianized area of the campus. It has apartments with 6 single rooms with private bathrooms and shared living room. Students will have full board (3 meals a day) every day of the week and will have access to the campus' laundry machines. The residence is only a 6 minute walk to the academic center.
During the afternoon a variety of athletic and leisure activities are organized, both on and off campus. After dinner there is an entertaining social program that includes activities like movies, karaoke, international parties or school dance. Every week students will have one full-day excursion and two afternoon cultural activities.
Students will have the constant assistance and supervision provided by both native Irish and Spanish counselors.
