Bordeaux, France's 5th largest urban center, exudes a personality and pride all its own as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Renowned for its wines and chateaux, it's also conveniently located for travel: 2.5 hours by highway to Spain, three hours by train to Paris and more than 200 direct flights to the principal European airports.
The Bordeaux region has spectacular attractions to explore: the largest vineyards and finest wines in the world, the pristine beaches of Atlantic, the largest maritime pine forest in Europe, Archacon's enormous sand dunes, the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, Dordogne's heritage sites and medieval castles and the Pyrenees mountain range.
This internationally recognized school is located in a comfortable and elegant 19th century building in the heart of Bordeaux. Students will enjoy 15 air-conditioned classrooms, 1 study room with internet access and a lounge area facing the interior garden. In order to use the internet, students must buy a card for 20€ valid for unlimited use.

Families
Individual room with half board from Monday to Friday and full board on weekends. All of the families are located at a minimum 5-minute walk, maximum 20-minute bus ride from the school.
University Residences
These residences hold apartments for 1 to 4 people, individual and double rooms. Each apartment has fully equipped kitchens as well as bathrooms which are shared by students. They are all located at a 10 to 25 minute walk from the school.
The French school offers a variety of activities every afternoon to help you get to know the city better, as well as to make new friends from all over the world!
Weekly activities may include guided tours of Bordeaux, a wine tasting, visiting the CAPC (Contemporary Art Museum of Bordeaux) or going to the Saint-André cathedral. On weekends, you can sign up for full-day excursions to Arcachon Bay and its dunes or the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, among other regional highlights.
