Summer English Immersion Program in Canada

English Immersion Program
This program is specially designed for students who have experience traveling abroad, who want to improve their level of English in a family atmosphere and who want to do so without taking classes during their summer vacation. However, students will still take part in activities and group excursions during their stay. Host families incorporate students into their daily activities and customs, encouraging them to get to know first hand the Canadian lifestyle. In order to make the most out of their experience, students should be active and open participants.
Activities & Excursions
Full program of sports and cultural activities, scheduled each afternoon after classes. Examples:
- Bowling, gymkhana, Canadian cultural workshop, baseball, mini-golf, movies, pool…
One full-day excursion per week. Examples:
- Niagara Falls, CN Tower, Toronto, Blue Jays baseball game...

Accommodation
ENGLISH-SPEAKING FAMILY – only one student Spanish-speaking student in each family. Possibility of other non-Spanish-speaking foreign student.
Counselors
One Spanish counselor per 20 students.

The price includes:
- Accommodation in a Canadian family.
- Full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
- Airport transfers upon arrival & departure.
- Full program of sports and cultural activities scheduled during the afternoons.
- One full-day excursion per week.
- Transportation to/ from all excursions.
- Group counselors and general leaders/ coordinators.
- Round-trip airline ticket to Canada from Madrid or Barcelona and accompaniment by a Spanish counselor.
Not included in the price:
- Medical & liability insurance. Both are required for all students and counselors.
- Additional costs related to the purchase of the airline ticket (taxes & other fees).
